The firm engaged in providing services audit, income tax, sales tax, book-keeping, system development, computerization of account, corporate matters, business consultancy, and practical accounting training.
Partners of the firm are authorized auditor who has practice license from ICAP and ICMAP. Our clients are from various Business sectors including Pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, Educational Institutes, Non-Government Organizations, General Trading, Importers, Automobiles, Construction, Information Technology and Hospitals.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
Mr. Mazhar Ilyas, ACCA
He is an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Experience and expertise in Finance and Accounting Management, Taxation, Accounts System Implementation, and Auditing. Additionally, he has a strong grip and expertise in IT-based systems including QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Advance Excel.
Mr. Rizwan Ahmed, FCA, FCMA
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan(ICAP) and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMAP) of Pakistan and in Audit practice since 2002. More over he is also an educationalist and works as visiting faculty member of Accountancy institutions.
Mr. Muhammad Nasir , ACMA
He is Associate member of ICMAP having comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Laws, Secretarial Practices, and Taxation matters of the companies and particular expertise in handling SECP issues . Apart from this, he has also providing practical accounting courses to fresh commerce graduates and junior staff.
Mr. Imran Khan, L.L.B, L.LM
He is Tax practitioner, member bar association, and currently working as a Manager of Taxation. Wellverse in Corporate matters of various industries sectors. Furthermore, he is responsible for Drafting appeals, legal correspondence represents on clients’ behalf in the appellant tribunal and high courts.
